Any caregiver or agency located in one of our participating counties:

Charlotte, Collier, De Soto, Glades, Hardee, Hendry, Highlands,
Hillsborough, Lee, Manatee, Polk and Sarasota.

What is the cost for Kinship Partners Services?
There are no fees for this service.
